Cancellation Policy
24 Hour Cancelling and Rescheduling Policy Regardless of circumstances, private lessons not cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours before the start time will be charged at full rate. If you do cancel and give more than 24 hours notice, the lesson must be made up at another time. You may cancel by calling or texting 07432710016. Lesson Fees All lessons and packages must be paid for in full in advance. Lessons are to be booked through www.jenstevensvoicecoaching.com Refund Policy Lesson fees paid in advance are always redeemable but not refundable. If you cannot continue taking lessons you may transfer any remaining lessons to another person provided that they use them up within 3 months. Teacher Cancellation If I need to cancel a lesson, a make-up lesson may be booked at a time that is mutually convenient. Holidays If you wish to move or cancel your lesson due to a holiday, please see the 24-Hour Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy. Time-Keeping If you arrive to your online session late, your lesson will still end at the scheduled time. This loss of time will not be made up at another time. If you arrive on time but the previous lesson runs late, you will be given your full-allotted time. Please do NOT arrive early for your lesson. If you do, you will be asked to wait outside until the allotted time. Social Media If you have responded via Facebook or Instagram and have not heard from me, it is because your message has been filtered without notifying me. FB may do this if we do not have mutual friends. If you have not received a reply in 2 days I suggest that you contact me by email admin@jenstevensvoicecoaching.com or text 07432710016. COVID 19 Although restrictions and rules have eased, I am still keeping on top of regular sanitisation between lessons. Lessons are structured to allow for this, so please do not arrive early .
