Service Description
Piano lessons are carefully structured to provide a strong musical foundation while keeping learning enjoyable and motivating. Lessons may include note reading, rhythm, technique, coordination, and basic theory, alongside repertoire suited to the student’s level and interests.
Cancellation Policy
Lesson Policies & Terms 1. 48-Hour Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy All lessons must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time. Lessons cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged in full Missed lessons are treated as late cancellations This policy applies regardless of circumstances Lessons cancelled with more than 48 hours’ notice must be rescheduled at another available time and cannot be refunded. 2. Booking & Payment All lessons and blocks must be paid for in full in advance Lessons are booked through the online booking system at www.jenstevensvoicecoaching.com Availability is released in advance and varies month to month 3. Refund Policy Lesson fees paid in advance are redeemable but non-refundable If you are unable to continue lessons, any remaining sessions may be transferred to another person Transferred lessons must be used within three (3) months of the original purchase date 4. Teacher Cancellation In the unlikely event that I need to cancel a lesson, a replacement session will be offered at a time that is mutually convenient. 5. Holidays If you wish to cancel or move a lesson due to a holiday, the 48-hour cancellation and rescheduling policy still applies. Please plan bookings accordingly. 6. Time-Keeping & Arrival Lessons begin and end at the scheduled time If you arrive late to an online or in-person lesson, the session will still end at the scheduled time Lost time due to late arrival cannot be made up If a previous lesson runs over, you will still receive your full allotted lesson time Please do not arrive early for lessons. If you do, you may be asked to wait until your scheduled start time. 7. Contact & Communication Messages sent via Facebook or Instagram may be filtered without notification. Health & Hygiene Although COVID-19 restrictions have eased, I continue to maintain regular sanitisation between lessons. Sessions are scheduled to allow for this, so please do not arrive early. 9. Agreement By booking a lesson or purchasing a block, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these policies.
